2020 RESULTS

In 2020, the Company secured a stable financial position and maintained strong momentum in implementing investment and construction projects.

In 2020, contract sales grew 59% in value terms to over RUB 28 billion. In volume terms, contract sales amounted to nearly 90 thousand sq m, up 17% year-on-year.

As a result, revenue exceeded RUB 26 billion, while EBITDA was over RUB 9 billion. Gross margin stood at 44%.

INTECO’s net profit for 2020 amounted to RUB 4.6 billion.
