2001
INTECO launches its first construction projects.

2002
INTECO established SK Strategiya, a subsidiary specialising in reinforced concrete frame construction.

2008
The Company marketed several business and premium-class housing estates — DOMINION, Champion Park, Arco di Sole, ASTRA.

2011
INTECO undergoes change in ownership, with Mikail Shishkhanov becoming the main beneficiary (95%) and a 5% stake acquired by Sberbank Investments.

2012
The Company acquires JSC Sadovye Kvartaly developing a premium-class housing estate of the same name in Moscow’s Khamovniki District.

2013
The Company completes the construction of the DOMINION housing estate, which wins as the Best Implemented Investment and Construction Project in the Residential Buildings and Complexes (Comfort+) category of the Moscow government’s contest.

2014
The Company commissions Lumier, a premium-class development in Moscow, and launches new projects — the Liner mixed-use apartment complex in Moscow’s Khodynka Field, and two elite-class apartment complexes — Balchug Residence and Balchug Viewpoint.

2016
INTECO commissions Liner Vostok and Balchug Residence.
INTECO’s academic complex developed for Lomonosov Moscow State University wins the nationwide PROESTATE AWARDS 2016: 10 Years’ Best as the Best Development Project in the Social Sector.

2017
INTECO commissions Liner Zapad.
The Banking Sector Consolidation Fund (FKBS) assumes control over the Company, and INTECO is reorganised as a joint-stock company with a new Charter.

2018
INTECO elects a new Board of Directors which appoints Alexander Nikolaev as the Company’s President. He boasts over 20 years of experience in managing real estate and private equity of institutional and large retail investors.
Bank of Non-Core Assets TRUST becomes the controlling shareholder of INTECO, and the Company establishes a strategic partnership with Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation. The first stage of cooperation provides for the allocation of additional project funding and bank loan refinancing worth RUB 14.8 billion.
The Company approves a new 2018–2020 development strategy.
INTECO acquires JSC Sadovye Kvartaly and becomes the project developer. The housing estate wins two prestigious awards — Move Realty Awards 2018 as Moscow’s Premium-class Project of the Year and the Real Estate Market Records 2018 main prize in the Best Project Infrastructure category.
The Company commissions Balchug Viewpoint.

Alexander Sokolov, President and Chairman of the Management Board of Bank TRUST, becomes the Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.
INTECO undergoes rebranding and, for the first time in seven years, markets two new housing estates in Moscow — West Garden (business) and Westerdam (comfort).
INTECO transforms its business model to focus on investment and development activities, and becomes one of the first market players to transition to escrow accounts.
The Company participates in BIM pilot-testing in Moscow.

The Russian Government includes INTECO in the list of strategically important construction companies.
INTECO’s President Alexander Nikolaev joins the Public Council of Russia’s Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities.
INTECO engages BCG to initiate the development of new rules for the construction industry in the pandemic environment.
Jointly with the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), INTECO develops and submits to Minstroy for review additional pandemic-related support and recovery measures for the construction industry.
INTECO starts developing Vrubelya, 4, a uniquely designed premium-class housing estate in the Sokol District. The project wins the Urban Awards 2020 as the Best Premium-Class Residential Development Under Construction, while Sadovye Kvartaly is named the Best Architectural Solution for Residential Properties at PROESTATE & TOBY Awards.
